About Britt-Marie
Fiber has been part of my life since before I can remember.
I grew up in a textile-rich region of Sweden, where my father wove rugs in our village and my mother worked in a factory making garments for the local hospital. The textures, colors, and even the scent of fibers were simply part of everyday life. I had no idea then how much that world would shape everything I would go on to make.
I love designing garments and accessories that become true staples — pieces you reach for again and again, season after season. I care a lot about how a design finishes: the details are where something good becomes something you keep forever. My goal is always a piece that fits quietly and beautifully into the life you already have.
One of my greatest pleasures is exploring fiber combinations to find exactly the right drape, texture, and feel. That experimentation is at the heart of how I work, and it never gets old.
It is a genuine pleasure to be part of this industry and to share what I make with you. I hope my designs bring as much joy to your life as they bring to mine.
